The Mirabella Group specialises in the construction, development and management of real estate, tourism and hotel projects. Over the years the Mirabella Group has developed significant residential, commercial, tourism and hotel projects. The Group’s strategy is to focus its interventions in a regional sphere and particularly in the metropolitan area of Naples, where there is significant demand for high-quality real estate projects.

The company Marina di Castello Spa, owned by the Mirabella Group, two hotels affiliated to the InterContinental Hotels Group international hotel chain (www.ichotelsgroup.com): the Holiday Inn Resort Naples-Castelvolturno, a 4-star hotel on the ‘Domitia Coast’ with an 18-hole golf course (http://www.volturnogolf.com/) and the Crowne Plaza Caserta, a superior 4-star hotel (http://www.crowneplaza-caserta.com/).

The company is also involved in a project to develop tourism along the entire ‘Domitia Coast’, envisaging the creation of a golfing hub consisting of four international level 18-hole courses, all within a range of 5 km. VolturnoGolf - already active since 2005 at the Holiday Inn Resort in Castelvolturno - will be joined by La Piana Golf by the end of 2009; the latter is the second of the four planned courses, which will all be completed by 2011. The project also includes the construction of a large marina near the Holiday Inn Resort, which will be capable of holding up to 1200 moorings, including some for mega yachts. The structure will include shops, restaurants ands bars, in addition to a yacht club, a diving centre, a guesthouse and tourist hotel units.
