| The VolturnoGolf Course at the Holiday Inn Resort Naples-Castelvolturno
is one of the most famous golf courses in the Campania region. Designed
by the respected Italian architect David Mezzacane, the course is a true
jewel in the landscape, and is bathed by the Mediterranean Sea. Presenting
18 holes of great interest, each requiring varying levels of technical skill,
the course layout winds its way over 50 hectares of undulating terrain,
rich in dunes and water hazards. The Par 71, 5.889 metres (6.440 yards)
course, has its first 9 holes surrounded by a pine wood and its second 9
as pure links, which have been created on the sandy ground beside the sea.
The panoramas are breathtaking with views across the Mediterranean Sea towards
the islands of Ischia and Procida. |

| The venue of international professional tournaments, the course is also
ideal for beginners who will find excellent practice facilities as well
as a Pitch & Putt 9 Holes Course, Practice Bunker and Pitching Area. |
